Package delivery time depends on various factors including shipping methods, customs clearance, transit, shipment origins. Our approximation is based on statistics, forecasting and previous experience.
Once order is submitted, customer receives confirmation notification by e-mail. The package is dispatched within 24-48 business hours once payment is cleared then tracking number is provided.
Our company stands for product quality and makes a refund or reshipment in case of detecting any flaws. Please note you should return the parcel for inspection by our experts. Refunds are available to an extend for parcels shipped to Australia, Sweden,Norway, Finland and some other higher risk countries.

You will receive a second notification email advising you in the shipping details once your order being approved and processed for shipment. Orders are shipped within 48 hours once payment is cleared. Please allow some hours in addition to shipping time specified for packaging and handling due to increased demand for our products. The orders are ready for shipment the same day a package is being packed or the next day after the packaging. EMS (USPS) express courier is used by default for all orders. For wholesale orders Fedex, UPS, TNT or DHL are available upon request.Express priority services cost extra.
Customer pays return shipping costs. We strongly recommend you to check your parcel for damage caused in transit prior to signing for it. Please note that you must contact us ASAP in case your package got damaged. We will resend the package as a gesture of good will. Please note that if you have signed for the parcel and later found out the goods are damaged please contact us via phone or e-mail within one week from the date of receipt of the package. Please provide the order number, tracking number, products’ description or photo and the valid reason for refund.Returns and refund are also given in cases of custom seizure with proves.
Please return goods unused in their original packaging. Having inspected the returned goods and confirmed the fact that goods are faulty or damaged, we suggest resend option or refund. Please, return product in its original condition within one week from the day of delivery. Please contact us via phone or e-mail prior making any return shipment. Return process is initiated once you have provided us with your order number, product description and valid reason for return.
